Service Agreement Terms & Definitions
As stated in the Service Agreement Terms, revised February 5, 2001, Harbornet's Internet Access consists of connectivity and access to data communications equipment that provides access to the World Wide Web, otherwise known as the Internet.
Subscriber Account
- Harbornet subscribers are limited to one dial-up account per subscriber. A dial-up account is defined as a connection to the Harbornet system/server. (A dial-up account can have multiple email addresses).
Usage Limitation
- Connections that are connected for more than 400 hours per month and mail spamming are not allowed. Additionally, line camping/parking 30 minutes or more of connection time with no server activity or 15 hours or more of connection time without logging off and dialing back in is prohibited. Any attempts to engineer or construct methods to send or retrieve significantly large amount of news and/or mail outside the uucp and dedicated connectivity options is prohibited. If a subscriber exceeds the 400 hours in any given month, Harbornet will notify the subscriber via email, U.S. Postal mail and/or telephone regarding the subscriber exceeding the "Usage Limit" policy. The subscriber will be billed at the rates reflected under "Over-Usage Rate Schedule" below.
Over-Usage Rate Schedule
- Subscribers exceeding 400 hours in any given month are subject to the following rate schedule:

Termination
- Harbornet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscriber whom fails to comply with the above stated terms.
